I had a hotkey for my units to self-destruct instantly. I lost all my settings and mods, and now I can't find it. Where is it?

You want "immediately kill selected units"

I dont think insta-kill is a default setup hotkey but the 5 second delay version is. You need to go into keybindings and set it up how you want.
