hey i now that you were updating the nomads faction. when are we expecting them to be playable?

What do you mean by "playable"?
That you can run a multiplayer game with Nomads? You can already do that. When you create a new lobby, under "Game Type" you pick "Nomads."
That it's properly balanced against the other 4 factions? That's more a matter of opinion as to whether the balance is good or not. I don't know if people are still tweaking the balance or if it's in a stable place. Nomads games get played every day, including by people rated 1k+, so even competitive people are playing it. If the balance was bad, they probably wouldn't.
That Nomads are included as an option in the ladder? That should never happen.
