The current pre-release of the client ("pioneer" in the version) is only compatible to itself. So you can only play with other testers. Please be aware!
Reasons not to do this:
Longer queue times
People that bad should be banned anyway
This would essentially allow the community to shadowban people from TMM without moderator input
Massive potential for match fixing and/or rating manipulation
