Make single Units without destroying queue
When you just need one or two units, but you already have an infinite queue in place, you have to destroy the queue in order to make some non repeatable units.
This can be especially annoying if you got a t1 land spam setup, and then an enemy bomber flies over your base and you just need a few mobile AA.
Maybe there's a UI mod somewhere that does this?

Build menu row resetting to start after making a selection
When I use the arrow buttons to scroll through the build menu row, when I click on a unit/building to the far right, it resets the row back to the start. For instance, when selecting a PD, it will reset the row to the beginning.
Another example is if I am making a factory queue, and I click on a unit that is on the far right of row, I have to scroll through the build menu row to to click on it again, or other units that were next to it.
Is there a way to stop this from happening?
Also, is there a way to hotkey the build menu scroll arrows?

RE: Make single Units without destroying queue
@arma473 That's what I've been doing as a workaround.
It requires more than one factory though, which isnt always possible. The assisting factory also has to share the same rallying point. And if it gets destroyed it cancels all of the assisting factories.
Sometimes I build additional factories just so I am able to have factories that are on an infinite queue while others are not. Goes to show how needed this feature is.

RE: CPU is showing high in lobby
@jip said in CPU is showing high in lobby:
@luke113 can you share you preference file? The data for the improved CPU benchmark is being gathered in there. This is for example the data of Resistance:
I tried to make it an attachment, but the site doesn't accept its format. I could paste the whole script here but I'm not sure if you want to read all 2136 lines.
Here are the first 39 lines
PreGameData = { CurrentMapDir = '/maps/scmp_021', IconReplacements = { } } Options = { Log = { Debug = false, Warn = false, Info = false, Custom = false, Error = false, Filter = '*debug:' } } CPUBenchmark = 365 options_overrides = { shadow_quality = { default = 1, custom = { states = { { text = '<LOC _Off>', key = 0 }, { text = '<LOC _Low>', key = 1 }, { text = '<LOC _Medium>', key = 2 }, { text = '<LOC _High>', key = 3 } } } },
It seems a little different than yours.

CPU is showing high in lobby
I think my CPU rating is showing as higher than it actually is.
When I play 4vs4 matchmaking games, the game runs fine, however when I join custom games my CPU score is 365, so they usually don't let me play.
What could be the problem? and how can I reduce the CPU score displayed in the lobby?
Computer specs
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz
Installed RAM: 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)

RE: Got Beat by Turtling Player on Seraphim Glaciers
I made sure to use all the frigs I had doing battle with their navy. Perhaps you mean use them earlier. I built some land units on the side islands that were never used except to kill a few engineers doing a lackluster expansion. I don't think they were a significant drain on my eco.
I agree I didn't scout enough. I don't think much about opening BO except to balance Extractor construction and E. If someone could shed some more light on it that would help.

@FtXCommando I did have map control and alot more mexes, but they still won. He even started making RASed support commanders instead of trying to gain more map control.

Got Beat by Turtling Player on Seraphim Glaciers
I controlled most of the map and shouldnt of had any reason to loose, but I somehow still did.
I was doing what everyone always says to do, being aggressive, controlling the map, and gaining more mass extractor points. Yet he still managed to keep up with my eco and even pass it despite having much less territory.
I've had alot of these kinds of games before, where I would think I'm fighting a noob because they are not expanding or attacking, but once 30 minutes go by they surprise me with a super weapon and steamroll me over, like the whole game was a farce after all.
When you have many extractor points spread across the map what's better, upgrading each and every one to t2 before upgrading any to t3, or just focusing on making t3 extractors at your main base?
