App text adjustment (lobby text size, general chat, etc.)

At some point recently I managed to mess up FAF's default text settings (though I can't fathom how). I play on a 4k with 150% UI, and this is what my viewer looks like:
The lobby viewer is comically small, and I'm fairly certain the replay text is not standard. Would it be possible to add a text setting to the app?

Your font is strange too. Why is it in what looks lime Times New Roman? It's some sans serif for me.

I think it has to do with changing a registry file, but I'm not certain. None of my other games have this issue, and I don't know what Windows settings FAF relies on.
