            I believe "Citrix" is to blame. Try uninstalling Citrix to narrow down the issue.

                  Those are the only known solutions so far:

                  File a bug report to Citrix where you tell them to not be so invasive on your computer
Run Supreme Commander on a separate Windows account, one that doesn't have Citrix installed

                    Interesting: After reinstallation of Citrix, SC:FA is still running. I don´t understand, but appreciate it.
