some kid put me negative reputation, and i cant use chat (here: email name...), cant use forums
what kind of FORUM is this?

i wanna discus some things on chat , but cant write, my god.
what the heck is this?why is so hard to edit a forum and chat?

But "can't use forum" is obviuously wrong, how else did you post here then? So you should explain what is not working otherwise I can not help you. -
nobody downvoted me? but yes, they not vote down my relevant post, but they vote me down: reputation is not good enough like in China, so I cant email to Deribus (GLOBAL MODERATOR), he is close only (!) my post on this whole site (!)
