The current pre-release of the client ("pioneer" in the version) is only compatible to itself. So you can only play with other testers. Please be aware!

I am running a small handful of mods on a new PC.
These i have run before with no issue previously, but on new pc not working.

info: Minimized trueindicates that you used Alt+Tab to switch to a different program. All versions of SCFA hates Alt+Tab or other things that take focus away while playing in fullscreen, so if you're going to do that, then it's highly recommended that you play in Windowed. There are programs like Borderless Gaming or scripts like one of the ones in this FAF forum thread to make the window fit the entire screen so it appears that you're playing in fullscreen even though you're not. -
thats weird, I had it in dual full screen, i didn't tab out at all. I will have to lok at what was going on.
