Automatically hide the menu bar and multifunction bar at the game's start. They can still be expanded manually.

How to Install:
- Start FAF Client
- Search for Auto Hide UI Menu Elements in 'Mods' tab
- Download and activate via 'Manage active mods' in same tab

Has been updated to work with the latest patch changes.
Added logging and a retry watcher for easier future debugging.
