FAF Client won't open browser to login.

Hello,
I've recently registered and installed Supreme Commander and attempted to use FAF, however, it doesn't seem to work as this error code continously shows up:
Client Version: 2023.4.0
java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "rundll32": CreateProcess error=740, The requested operation requires elevation

Well, user account has no permission to run it.
