The current pre-release of the client ("pioneer" in the version) is only compatible to itself. So you can only play with other testers. Please be aware!
Live replay need 22 minutes before i can watch, is there a way to reduce it?

Just found out this isnt standard. Most people have to wait 5 minutes after a game is launched to watch it, i have to wait 22 minutes. Is there a specific reason for it? any possible fix?

Make sure your clock is set correctly.

my computer clock or FAF clock? my computer clock is set to the proper date, time and time zone
