unable to connect to games

i am unable to join games on FAF.

- deactivate any security software
- try a VPN

a vpn also did not fix it. -

Well, without knowing the whole network environment, I can just blind guess. If people can not connect to you, then it is usually related to the firewall or unusual network environment. Unfortunately, I can not help you to fix those problems.
