Matchmaking violations

Game found, launching, waiting for 2 min, someone is not connecting, pressing Cancel, getting 1 violation.
For how long am I supposed to wait? And what happens if I get too many violations?

The game will automatically cancel if the match won't launch after around 3 minutes.

You should wait for the the notification telling you that the launch timed out before you cancel otherwise you might be blamed for causing the match setup to fail. I’m also pretty sure that the client will close your game automatically when that timeout happens so you really don’t need to press cancel at all.

@angelofd347h The thing about 3 minutes is that the ladder timer is 3. So, naturally, you want to cancel before that and start anew. How about 2 minutes?

It is around 2,5 minutes. You should have just enough time for the next timer

Yeah, you have to play with client not with game. Take your timer to click.
