      Ok so i reinstalled FAF because it was not launching for me and now when i try to launch the client i get this lovely message:

          Something wrong occured during install. Delete the install directory manually and reinstall.

            @sheikah im sorry that this will be a dumb question but how do i delete it manually? i dont want to delete something else on accident

              Just find the installation folder in program files and move it all to the trash bin

                FAF makes a copy of the original game with different values to balance things. I think you need to delete both folders and then reinstall.

                  You only need to delete the downlord's client installation in ProgramFiles

                        Your antivirus might be blocking it. It's not well-known software so it might think its iffy. Check the settings in that. If that doesn't work checking the windows event viewer to see what happens when you try to launch it.

                          C:\Program Files\Downlord's FAF Client

                          Is the other part of where the client is stored. Try deleting that folder
