Cant get clan invite,, players name does not exist

Hey guys need help debugging clan invite

The player tries to invite me in his clan but it always says my name does not exist
Tried many names and email address to no avail.

How to debug?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

FAF clans are down atm while our devs work on some server issues. There is no current eta on when they will be back up.
