The captains will be confirmed once signups close.
The pick order will be:
Set 1: Lowest to highest (8-1)
Set 2: Lowest to highest (8-1)
Set 3: Lowest to highest (8-1)Strydxr and potentially Sainse will be leading the draft for this weekend, and I will takeover during the week if it is not completed over the weekend.
The draft will take place on the FAF Discord, in the Seton's Summer Slam 2 channel, which is in the tournament section .

Why won't the "Seton" avatar be given for victory in this tournament? It was also given for smaller tournaments.

@Skrat Because there has been a lot of avatars given out for Seton's tournaments already and I don't want to decrease the value in them. I will be keeping Seton's avatars for the King of Seton's Tournament only.

Announcement
Good morning commanders, hope you are all well and ready for the Summer Slam! Before the tournament begins this weekend, there is a few important details I need to share with you all.
Teams
Bracket
For this tournament we will be trialing a new tournament website made by @nuggets. This includes things such as an overview, bracket, teams and much more. If you would like to give any feedback for it, please message him on discord.

Faction Selection
Faction picks will be decided by rolling. Highest number wins and gets to lock in a player from their team with a faction on a specific slot. The opposing team then must lock in a player from their team with a faction on the mirrored slot. Then the opposing team will pick the slot to lock in with a subsequent player and faction. This process will continue until all 8 players and factions are locked in for the lobby.
Who plays North/South will also be decided by the roll winner.
This process must be done every single game.

@hybrid_ In my opinion, this will greatly devalue the victory in this tournament. For example, if you compare with this tournament where there were only 5 teams, but they gave out unique avatars. https://forum.faforever.com/topic/8336/setons-clutch-tourney-2024 or this 2x2 tournament with only 6 teams https://challonge.com/ru/zb2sb4m
If you think it's right to give out "King of Seton" avatars only for the tournament of the same name. Then it would be just as correct to take the avatar "King of Seton" from the past winners of the tournament. Just like the avatar u1900 champion is taken away after a new tournament.
You can give the winners of this tournament at least the old avatars of the "King of Seton", which are less beautiful. Or be consistent and take the "King of Seton" avatar from everyone except the winners of the last "King of Seton" tournament
