I see, to be a top player you need to have played less than 10 games and have a 0% win rate.

@ipconfig-release The player you're talking about was lucky. They got rating from playing a single uneven game vs players who were deranking. Back then uneven games were ranked, 2017ish
And global rating cannot be used honestly to call someone a 'top player' since you can play like sid or farm rating on astro
