Is it possible to add a maximum rating value?

Like many of my friends, I am interested in knowing what the maximum rating a player had in a particular mode. It is difficult and often inaccurate to check this using a graph, especially for players who have been playing for many years.
Is it possible to make sure that under the numbers of the current rating, the maximum value of the player's rating in the entire history of his games and the date when he had this rating are indicated?

I find this a difficult issue to address, one because there is no rating decay over time of a non active player. 2. What is defined as true rating when as you can see in your chart this player has hit high peaks and has dipped low. At what possibility would I say this person is actually a 2100 rated vs a 2400. While the rating may be similar on this level, it doesn't translate at lower levels.
