I've ran into the same issue. Sometimes restarting the FAF client works, but it's certainly annoying.

i tried uninstalling the game , uninstalling the client , nothing helps . flushed my network connection , restarted the router , disabled IPv6 protocol . idk what to do

You can try a VPN from a different country.
