Freezes when exiting the game

Every time you exit the game, the SC process hangs.
The problem appeared after a Windows update.
Reinstalling FAF, SC, Steam does not fix the problem.

Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem. I also tried a USB sound card, and only an integrated one.

I also noticed that when starting SCFA there is no sound about the introductory video.

If you completely turn off the sound from the system, then the game works stably
