Cant build support factories

long story short, i was in tmm game and was given a cybran base, while i was aeon and i went for cybran t2 HQ and right before i finished hq i was given with another cybran base with t2 HQ already done. So i canceled my new T2 HQ upgrade to simply upgrade it to support fac as well as few new factories, but i simply could not queue support factory, i had neither blueprint of support factory on t2 engi as well as no available upgrade from t1 fac to t2 support. -
Yes - there's an issue at the moment. We're investigating it.
