      I did everything as in the instructions, it gives the error "Error You linked this account already to user with name" I don't know what to do.

      I'm waiting for advice.

        Then you have already linked your steam account to 'user with name'.
        You can recover that account (if you have forgotten the password) through https://www.faforever.com/account/password/reset and clicking the reset through steam link

          The name that the error message tells you is your FAF username. It means you have created multiple FAF accounts and you’re logging into the wrong one. If you forgot your password to the other FAF account you should reset it through steam or email.

              This comes up again and again, like clockwork. Probably at least 50 different people have made this exact mistake.

              And those are only the people we know about because they asked for help on the forums. Probably 50 more people had this problem, searched the forums for an answer, and fixed it without telling anyone.
