That indicates that the map in the indicated folder however there is a small bug in the client currently where when downloading a map it may falsely trigger this notification

Ok nothing to worry about? Will it fix itself or are these maps broken now?

It will fix itself and if the map is broken you would just get four corners when you tried to open it so nothing fatal
