My PC crashed and I had to reinstall Windows and my mods were deleted.

I have searched everywhere for mods and cannot find them anywhere. Could someone please give me the link to the mods? I would greatly appreciate it.

I was in a game and clicked on my volumn control as was kicked out, how do i get back into the game
