@Jip Only the mods that are bundled with the coop missions (usually none) because we want to get on the leaderboards.

I booted a solo game up to get a recording for you but it doesn't freeze/stutter/lag for me. Which means either its >1p situations, or my friend's computer(s) that are the problem. I will get them to test individually.

The friend with the problem has reinstalled his graphics drivers and FAF, and that has not solved his problems. I guess we'll try running FAF as admin next. I've also asked him to download the borderless gaming app on steam, since I know for me that at least solved crashing on alt-tabbing by accident...

• i9 9900k + 2080Ti + Win10

Users without problems:

• i7 3770k + 1080Ti + Win10 (my old computer but this was also before the December client update)
• i9 9900k + 2060 + Win10
• 9800X3D + 4070Super + Win11

All users running latest graphics drivers

3 of us total. Only 1 of us has the issue, and he says it's both single and multiplayer.
The 2 of us who don't have the issue are fine when it's only us in the game.
The problem player has a 2080Ti. The other 2 of us have a 4070Super and a 2060.

@magge Hi Magge,

We're still having these problems and it means that playing Coop in missions that have a lot of these intro cutscenes and frequent reminders about objectives is nearly unplayable. We've tried "%s" /nomovie in the command line for all clients but it doesn't stop these in-mission "cutscenes".

Any progress or other reports about the cause? Is there anything we can do to help diagnose the bug?

Hi, I just encountered the same problem. We did a 4p coop mission and the game freezes/lag spikes during and then after any dialog. The only thing different is I just upgraded to a new computer. Old one was i7 with a 1080Ti, Win10 and the new one is AMD9800X3D with a 4070Super, Win11.
Debug was on. #24159116 for the replay. game_24159116.log

This was from the second game which I think is that FFA error you mentioned.
