Many thanks to everyone! I solved my problem. I'd thought what if FAFlauncher had been blocked by my Anti-Malware, so I decided to disable it. And FAF was launched !

@sheikah I deleted folder of launcher and then I deleted folder in ProgramData

@sheikah is it bad ? I honestly don't understand what you two are talking about

P. S. Also I reinstalled game more than 5 times.
