T2 arties are not firing on to a hill even though it is well within range. I have encountered this potential bug a couple of times now:

Is this supposed to happen, or is it a bug with the map? Where else should i post this to fix?

I am hoping someone can help with this issue. I have been playing with no issues for days and suddenly during a game yesterday, the sound started repeating, game froze, and I could do nothing but manually power off the computer. Now, any time I try to launch a game, same thing happens. I have tried installing windows and driver updates with no success. Any idea what I can do?
