The current pre-release of the client ("pioneer" in the version) is only compatible to itself. So you can only play with other testers. Please be aware!
@zhanghm18 thank you for reporting visual bug, I did found it now and will fix. Also glad that this decomp project helped to create more useful binary patches, I'm porting merged ones to my repo as well. Happy to fix all visual differences if there any more
