Removing auto OC will basically only hit low rated player who already don't use their ACU or don't have the apm/concentration to micro it much.
For me OC is a medium skill floor and high skill cap to know when to use it and to micro ACU to get it work, auto-OC just bring it down in level for lower rated player to use it.
It's like the mass fab autoturn off option, you can technically have high apm and skill floor to turn them on and off but even high rated player didn't do it. It was either just stall or build more power than needed to ensure no stall. The autoturn off just lowered it skill floor for everyone to help with it.
Maybe have the Auto OC deal a fixed dmg but when you use it manually it does the increase dmg so that way skill floor stay low but skill cap still exist.
See with JIP if doable (make auto OC only use the base 5000E while the manual OC use max able to do max dmg)

This is next tier shit post.
I can understand the difference between selecting SACU but this is a compromise between custom sacu and preset. If i want RAS SACU i'm gonna select RAS preset. It's very unlikely that i'm gonna build a normal one then upgrade it to RAS or take another upgrade and change it to something else and if i end up doing that it's a very minor inconvenience.
As for the factory stuff it's just very blatant troll.
HQ system serves 2 purpose from what i've understood. Slow down T3 rush (cause HQ are more expensive then support factories) and eneable good scaling of production as the game go on. In vanilla FA there is only HQ making it very expensive to increase production of T3 units.

SACU selection is a very minor issue because beside RAS SACU, they are not that vastely used compared to others units and no one usually go in a round about way to upgrade them ,that why no one has brough it up until now. Maybe jip can see for the selection menu if it can get fixed
HQ factories have already discussed and everyone (beside you who is apparently playing vanilla FA) is fine with how it work because that improve the game experience.
Look more like a skill issue

Same, tried to make sera rambo com work but they are too expensive and the fact that they have slower speed than any other unit in the game beside scathis mean that they get kited by everything and have trouble following an army.
Getting sensor + Regen field as support sera would be nice and i wouldn't be against adding a little bit of E storage to OC upgrade

Good player might not be that affected y jamming but for a mid/low player that can be very impactfult. I remember a game where i didn't engaged into uef frig cause i saw over 10 of them while in reality he had like 2/3.

Dude this logic of "X faction has good unit, so UEF should have an equally good unit" is just bad game design. If you want to start throwing buffs everywhere cuz some faction has a speciality, then I want my Seraphim t2 shield okay? I need to protect my chickens from OC and its unfair Sera lacks shield when UEF and Aeon have t2 shield...
Straight up some clowntown idea to think UEF strat AND spyplane should have jamming. Then Aeon needs shielded ASF because Aeons uses alot of shielded units and Sera needs like t3.5 ASF because they tend to have really pricey but good units. Remember Seraphim and Aeon exist too when you see the game in UEF/Cybran lenses only.
I'm tingling to shitpost about sera buff, like giving them Ras, T3 gunship and buff othuum so it become more like a percy but in better

Looking at the game, billy nuke wasn't that usefull.
Took a very long time to build even with the ressources you had (beside the T1 spam at the start, you weren't fighting the bottom and building higher tier units).
Had plateau and a very good position to harrass ennemi without retaliation
Still stalled with 3 T3 pgen and air player overflowing.
Result : 4/5 T3 units (harb/sniper bot) and a few T2 shields
1 T3 land HQ with a couple of mex
1 aeon Tmd shoot
Even with those very favorable conditions it didn't impact the battlefield as much
I dont know if the hassle was worth the use
Meanwhile on top, expe and mazer go brrr
