I tried the benchmark map but it doesn't work, there are no units or anything (other than my ACU) and no score appears after 3 minutes. I followed the instructions.

Meanwhile here are my results for R5 5600X running at 4.85GHz with 32GB DDR4 3066CL14

A rating decay with a lock on how much it can decay seems like the optimal solution. With the data they've got they could figure out the optimal formula over time.

Ok, so I select targets with shift as usual and then just press G (with shift still pressed) by the end, now it's working. Thanks.

How am I supposed to select multiple targets without using shift? If I just RBM multiple targets and then press shift+G after, all bombers will move to that last target. Btw, in one of my matches I RBMed two enemy units while having two of my own units selected, thinking they'd kill the first target and then proceed with the next but instead they actually started shooting both targets at the same time, I tried the same in my test game but it isn't working.

Most of the time attack move does absolutely nothing for me. I select an engi, literally click on the icon in the UI and then press somewhere on the ground and my engi will happily move there ignoring absolutely all reclaim on the way. One time I managed to get some reclaim out of it somehow but the engineer only reclaimed trees while completely ignoring big rocks. Using a patrol order on the same area worked as intended. However, even patrol doesn't seem to work every time, I've got several destroyed mexes on the field in my test game, set a patrol order right there but the engi just completely ignores wrecks, move attack doesn't work either. Is it a known bug or am I missing some important detail? Everything seems simple enough, I select an engineer, select the move attack order or patrol order and then press on the ground, and it simply doesn't work.

I select three bombers, press shift+g, select (RMB) one target, then the other and all my bombers fly towards the first selected target. I try the same with just the shift and the effect is the same. I try with just 'G' and it doesn't work either, the keybindings are normal. The targets are stationary and within radar coverage if that matters. I'm testing this on a "Life is rule" map against neutral targets.

I have "Screen Edge Pans Main View" selected but it isn't doing anything in windowed mode. I tried using a separate app to induce borderless window mode but it's causing the same issue.

I also discovered that the game is causing major flickering issues on my VRR screen in full screen mode unless I run in 60hz mode but then the input lag becomes very noticeable. Windowed mode solves that but then again, I can't pan the view and it really feels bad, I don't think I could get used to it.
