Something has gone very wrong with connectivity

Up until Feb 26th I've never had any issues with connection. After that for whatever reason my connection is having serious issues. It seems to happen in games with more than 2 players, 1v1s I don't have issues. When the problems are happening I can run a speedtest in my browser and see easily over 100 mbps up and down with no packet loss. But in game it is like constant packet loss to all players.
What's changed? It's become unplayable for me now.
