My moderation requests have not been processed for half a year. The game turns into a garbage dump due to its absence. Is it hard to find people? Make an announcement.

I understand the importance of timely moderation, but that is simply not doable with the current volunteer manpower and the daily number of incoming reports.
The moderation system is designed to effectively eliminate the most harmful and toxic elements.
Processing all one-time reports is impossible, but Moderators are aware of them. Usually, cases involving extremely offensive one-time reports are given higher priority as well.
The role of a Moderator requires an investment of personal free time, effort, experience, and a controlled temperament. Addressing reports effectively goes beyond merely recruiting a handful of loosely interested individuals to join the Moderator team.
However, if someone is curious and really interested, the team would be happy to see them apply, and the application form can always be found here.
