Factory menu remains when selecting units

When selecting units after clicking a factory, the unit group does not display. I must first left click empty space to clear the cursor, then select the units. This issue started after the most recent update, and I don't know if it is a game setting or a mod setting. I've been using the same mods for a year now.

pretty sure you need to have no mods for bug reports. Does it still happen without them??

Wasn't sure if this counted as a bug. I am disabling the mods one at at time, but I've been using the same ones for over a year now.
