Upgraded factories lose hotkeys

Since hotkeys for factories became usable, I... started using them. And now... the thread title. I guess it's because these a new entities. Could it be fixed?

Can you be more specific, with a video for example?

@jip Hotkey a factory; upgrade it; press the hotkey, nothing happens, because the factory no longer exists.
