Co-Op campaign issue

whenever I try to play any FA mission from the co-op tab, the opening cinematics don't show any enemy structures (but do show allied), and i cant hear any vo nor any sound effects (even after spawning)
i've tried reinstalling the game, clearing all installs of the client then reinstalling the latest version, all to no change

It called the War of Fog yeap and in 3rd company mission it didnt worked too. 1 mounth passed please fix faster
