Audio Issues

I have seemingly tried everything and cannot find an answer or a solution.
I randomly started experiencing and issue where I lose audio to the game after the first audio queue.
It ONLY affects Units, factories or any ingame audio; but menu audio works just fine.
I am attaching a video to show what im referring to.
Ive tried reinstalling the game, disabling all UI mods, verifying game cache .
What other solutions can we come up with? Games have been so boring and so difficult having to actually watch everything going on ;-;
