Mod request: Disable resource sharing by default

Hey guys,
I train some noobs (~0-1000 rating) either through playing against each other (1v1-3v3), or fighting M28 together.
Even in a team game scenario, I want them to learn how to manage their own eco properly. As it is a pain to constantly deactivate sharing at the start of every game, I am looking for an option to either
a) disable resource sharing for everyone in the game via a lobby setting
or
b) disable resource sharing per player in the game via a mod everyone has to install.
If anyone felt willing and able to assist with this, we would highly appreciate it.
