Make this data accessible for a respective account in personal cabinet/settings. It would contain:
- Device/browser, ip (country), date
- Separate column for active sessions
- Separate column for all history of logins (regardless of being logged in/logged out)
Similar functionality already in other services, like google account, messenger/social network account, etc. It will:
- Help users to check if their data was ever likely compromised without appealing to moderators
- Serve as a basis for implementing automatic notification "login from unusual place, is it you? if no, change password".
Here is a draft of how it can look

I can't disclose the type of data that we store. Or how we process it. But it's definitely not a physical location
.I can see the value of what you propose though. Some visible history of what happened to your sessions. Where sessions were made/used (like to login to Wiki or website). Or when it failed. Other services have something similar. One example is WhatsApp that shows all active sessions across all your devices.
I'm not sure how difficult it would be to implement.
I'm also not sure if it will help with the underlying problem: accounts that are 'compromised' to abuse vulnerabilities in our setup. Compromised is between quotes because there's no way to verify that a new session was started by someone else, yourself but through a VPN or just your physical self while logging in during when on holidays. If an account abuses vulnerabilities to make the community miserable, then regardless of this information I still think action should be taken.

We planned to do that in a new user control panel. The first (still unfinished) changes in that direction are more than 2 years old and basically since then we have no capaciiy to work on it anymore
