Normal AIx Adaptive stops working

Recently i played 4v4 matches with the normal AIx Adaptive (Rating 800). Normally they are accumulating units to sent them in massive formations (in waves) to your base without much micro. But half of the Ai just accumulated units in front of their base not sending them anywhere. This happens as the game progresses as in early game it works but the the AI fails to send the units anywhere, just doing nothing. I also had the problem without using any mods and on vanilla maps. Some of the AI playes worked as intended. -
This can happen depending on the map.
I'd recommend you to use some of the AIs that are available in the vault. As an example, take for example this one M27/M28 by Maudlin found here: https://forum.faforever.com/topic/5331/m28ai-devlog-v253/614. Or RNG AI by Relentor. You can search for these terms in the mods tab of the client.
