Cant install FAF on WINDOWS 11

I downloaded a FAF file from faforever.com, windows told me, that file is not save but i ignorred it. I tap on insalation file in my loads, but here are no options to open at and continue instalation

Retry your download. The file has not completed downloading is what I see on your screenshot. Files ending in .crdownload are placeholder files that are replaced by the actual file once your chrome download is finished.
