Can't queue up orders to bombers within a minimum range

As the title says. I cannot queue orders to bombers within a minimum range. Is this a bug or a feature that was added at some point?

What if you pause, queue orders then unpause for 1 tick and pause again. I suspect that when you queue move order under the bomber, it thinks that he is already moved there and completes those move orders instantly.... tho there was some talk about banning hoverbomb UI mods and something about something being forbidden, however it was not related to queuing anything

Seems fine for me. Can even still move backwards a bit by clicking very patiently, but it's just super slow and breaks after a few meters.
