Fatboy and Atlantis do not build units

After one of the updates, the ability to build new units disappeared. This icon doesn't exist at all. Fatboy and Atlantis cannot produce units. What to do?

FWIW, our playgroup digs this change. It's SO good being able to maneuver a couple of Atlantises while they continue to work on building planes. Big thumbs up to whomever we can credit with the idea.

The idea is quite old from Equilibrium. The implementation is new though and there are refinements incoming to make it more user friendly
