So just wondering I downloaded the blackops mod from the vault but it seems like everything is broken am I doing something wrong.

And the problem would be multiple icons are in placeholders and my acu just does not want to spawn.

What am I doing wrong?

Black Ops has 3 mods for FAF:

BlackOpsFAF-ACU
BlackOpsFAF-Unleashed
BlackOpsFAF-EXUnits

you can find the lates version inside the vault or you can directly download it from here:
https://forums.faforever.com/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=12416

Have in mind you must not use the Black Ops icon support mod with FAF.
The FAF game version has its own icon support implemented.
