Request for Mod - Chat Silencer

I made a mod called "Chat Silencer" that prevented chat messages from being displayed
The mod no longer works, probably because of updates to the game code
I don't have time to maintain the mod but there has been some interest from the community for a mod like that
Specifically so that someone can allow his child to play because he doesn't want them to see anything inappropriate
Is there anyone who wants to take up the task of re-writing the "chat silencer" mod?
