Mouse hotkey?

I have more than two buttons on my mouse, I go to Keybindings but don't seem to be able to map the extra buttons. Am I doing something wrong?

u need a program to emulate keyboard buttons with your mouse buttons. I am using X mouse button control (guess there are other alternatives as well), works fine from me.

"X mouse button control" — that sounds like linux, is it?

If you have Logitech or Razer, their software allow you to assign any key to your mouse. You can use some awkward keys like "] [ ' ; = - / ." and then assign them to your additional mouse buttons to use easily.
