Reason:
Something is blocking the client to have access to the internet, or you have a very unstable connection.
Check if your internet connection is stable
Check if firewall is blocking the access

ok i fixed it, now there is another problem.

Well, then you have not fixed it entirely, and you still need to do the steps which I mentioned before. I guess your security is blocking the connections.
