Hi, Im not sure since when is this issue active, but now as I am writing, it is still in effect.
NO games on custome game tab
No Games in Co-op tab
cannot host any game by myself
other players in chat agreed that they also cannot do same.
The current pre-release of the client ("pioneer" in the version) is only compatible to itself. So you can only play with other testers. Please be aware!
