Its only one minute after the start, but maybe his base builded from the start by script? Interesting

As you can see, energy doesnt go below 0. Generated energy >= Used energy. It happens..after first build (factory)? I didnt research much, but it happens frequently. On screen we have acu (-60 + 20), plant (-20), 2x mass ext (-4) = -84 = -generated energy.
