Hey! Just another quick question...
Anything in regards to the UEF Bubble Shield?
I recall @TheWheelie said in their stream, a while back, that the values for it were identical to the Personal Shield because there was really no direction for it just yet.
The values were practically 'arbritary' and would need more feedback to adjust.
Now that more feedback and info has been obtained, will there be more adjustments in this next balance patch?
