I need help with this; once a FAF game is finished and score button is displayed on screen the game and the entire PC freezes and only way to close the game is to sign out as task manager also freezes.

ASUS RTX 5090
Corsair Dominator Titanium 64GB
Samsung 9100 Pro 2TB
Windows 11 Pro

This has happened over 4 times now. I'm playing a game and all of a sudden it crashes and produces this error from FAF. Please help!
